Casa Maranello – Corlo (Modena)

Casa Maranello, used as a summer residence, is the nickname given to the patriarchal villa in Corlo.
The impressive gardens and settings of this villa evoke sensations of peace and serenity and offer the opportunity to breathe genuinely pure air. “Casa Maranello” was therefore the name assigned to the Ortalli Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P. produced exclusively using organically cultivated grapes.

Cascina Palazzo Marzaglia (Modena)

The family farmstead. The new, modern Ortalli production site is located nearby, surrounded by vineyards. “Cascina Palazzo” is the name we dedicated to our Bordeaux coloured, 2 leaf quality line, which represents the top product for everyday use in the kitchen. It is packaged in highly personalized bottles, exclusive to Ortalli, which underline the authenticity of his superior quality Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P., the most widely sold and appreciated by consumers in more than 50 countries.

La Vedetta – Scandiano (Reggio Emilia)

This villa has the typical fortified structure of the most important villas of this zone. Built on top of a hill and surrounded by vineyards and the family’s stables, it is a jewel in the crown of the family holdings. For this reason “La Vedetta” was used to name our gold, 4 leaf quality line.
Tasting this outstanding vinegar on a dish is a sublime culinary experience, like stumbling upon an unexpected treasure.

Villa Fontanelli – Modena

Villa Fontanelli is our family home in the old town centre of Modena, not far from the place where for many years the most important negotiations and transactions were conducted between producers and traders of Modena culinary specialities, including Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P.
“Villa Fontanelli” is the name of our grey coloured, 1 leaf quality line. A high volume item, available in the best shops and supermarkets in Italy and abroad.

Il Pantaro – Gattatico (Reggio Emilia)

This splendid villa, now belonging to the family, for centuries was an important site used by the Parma Dukedom, by the Napoleonic Court, and the home of aristocratic families like the Malaspina. “Il Pantaro” was chosen as the name for our blue coloured line, with its exquisite 3 leaf quality, to highlight the nobility of these vinegars.
